Welcome, neighbor! We are a community with common spaces that need maintenance. We have an informal organization that helps coordinate this. Participation can be as simple as making a donation towards our annual funding target each year.

What Your Donations Do
Your donations and active participation in our neighborhood association helps keep our neighborhood beautiful and safe by:- Helping us maintain the common areas and entryways
- Promoting safety through the Neighborhood Crime Watch Program
- Pay for repairs to common areas
How Much Should I Give?
Each year, we create a budget to pay for the community needs for maintenance, water, etc.With our current level of participation and this year's budget, an average donation of $60 per year would cover our bare minimum budget with no allowance for unexpected repairs/costs, but anything you can afford to give helps us meet the community's needs.
Each year, we have varying goals, depending on the needs of the neighborhood. The newsletter will always reflect our current data.
